When it Rains, it Pours!

   For over 300 days a year, Haiti is is basking in beautiful sunshine, along with refreshing coastal breezes.
   But when a storm rolls in, look out!  This recent downpour, in the mountains of Duchity, temporarily closed the road, but did not effect the spirits of the people, including our colleague, Fenel (video, right).
