Thank you for supporting the Vermont Haiti Project.  We kindly ask all donors to send an Email designating which of the following they would like to see their funds go towards:

• The Foyer D’espoir school and children’s center in Port au Prince
• The Desab Medical Clinic
• The Bio-Sand Water Filtration Project
• No Preference:  VHP will allocate funds where the need is most urgent, including emergency relief in the community which we serve.

   We would greatly appreciate it if you would specify on your check, in your letter, or with an accompanying Email, for those using our secure online Paypal method (below).

     It is the policy of Vermont Haiti Project that the organization will never compensate any directors or officers.
     All goods, services and funds provided by Vermont Haiti Project are directed to citizens of Haiti. There are no goods, services or funds provided to citizens of the United States nor to any of those US citizens involved as volunteers for our project. (Volunteers on our organized work trips to Haiti directly pay their own travel, lodging and incidental expenses, and do not remunerate the Vermont Haiti Project in any way for participation.)
