VERMONT HAITI PROJECT NEWS

     From the moment this devastating earthquake struck Haiti, VHP has received response and generosity from family, friends and strangers alike.  Hundreds of donations have, and continue to, pour in from around the country.

     We are so grateful for this outpouring, and everyone’s belief in the people of Haiti, as well as our cause!  While our priority is to assist in helping the nation recover from this tragedy, we are equally committed to continuing our existing programs of development and sustainability.

     Therefore, we kindly ask all donors to please designate which of the following they would like to see their funds go towards:

• The Foyer D’espoir school and children’s center in Port au Prince
• The Desab Medical Clinic
• The Bio-Sand Water Filtration Project
• Vermont Medical Team:  FAHC Union Organized Emergency Medical Trips
• No Preference:  VHP will allocate funds where the need is most urgent
