MONETARY DONATION

     To further our mission, funds are necessary.  All contributions - large and small- are gladly accepted and greatly appreciated.

All donations are tax-deductible.  100% of donations go to our programs (read more here).

DONATION OF GOODS

* IN THE WAKE OF THE RECENT EARTHQUAKE THAT HAS IMPAIRED HAITI, VHP IS ACCEPTING ONLY MONETARY DONATIONS AT THIS TIME.  We will resume collecting goods when we have a clearer picture of the specific needs.

     Depending on the nature of an upcoming trip, there may be cause for the procurement of material items.  Among our regular needs are:  clothing (especially children’s clothing and shoes); sports equipment, used electronics and medical supplies.

PARTICIPATION

     We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to travel to Haiti, be it with us or on our behalf.  Additionally, many of our volunteers help us- with planning and other needs- in Vermont.

     Whichever the case, we believe that active involvement is the most fulfilling aspect of philanthropic service; we’d love to have you along for the ride!

     In most instances, volunteers traveling to Haiti are responsible for covering their own cost.  We will, of course, provide assistance, and guidance in going about this.
